Wayne Magician Michael Turco Performing In North Jersey Next Month

Turco has the world's largest traveling touring magic show, the 'Masters of Illusion.'

WAYNE, N.J. — One of the township’s own is coming home.

Michael Turco left home when he was 25 to become a professional musician. Now, he has the largest magical touring show in the world, “Masters of Illusion.”

Turco slowly worked his way up in the entertainment world. He performed for nine months at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas and on “America’s Got Talent.” He performed at Wayne Valley High School last year.

Turco will perform at the Wellmont Theater in Montclair Oct. 6 at 8 p.m. in his show “Believe the Impossible.”

A lover of magic since he was a kid, Turco has been described as a “natural-born talent” and a “true success story.” As a child, Turco spent summers in Atlantic City watching magicians perform on stage in casinos. He started his career by performing card tricks before making the jump up to stage shows in middle school.
