Wayne Man Arrested After Burglarizing Local Business
A Wayne man found himself between a pallet of fertilizer and a hard place after police say he burglarized an area store.
WAYNE, NJ — A Wayne man has been charged after breaking into a local business, and hiding out between an interior wall and a pallet of fertilizer, police say.
William Mininni of Wayne is charged with burglary, criminal mischief, hindering apprehension, attempted theft and possession of burglar tools after police say a burglar alarm was activated just before 3 p.m. at Wayne Wholesale Fertilizer.
Wayne Police Officers responded to the building, and also received a call from an employee who was watching live surveillance video, and reported an intruder.

A perimeter was set around the business, and officers eventually entered, along with K-9 assistance.
Minninni was found hiding between a wall and a pallet of fertilizer when police and K-9 units eventually entered the building. He was taken into custody without incident.

Police say Minninni was found with work gloves and a flashlight.
The point of entry, according to police, was found to be a hole in a cinder block wall where a hammer a chisel were found.
Mininni was released on a summons in accordance with bail reform guidelines.
