Reginald Casterlin, 48, had a BAC of .23 after he was taken into custody, police said.

WAYNE, NJ — A belligerent drunk man at Hooters was arrested after police wrestled with him after he refused to listen to them, authorities said.
Two police officers responded to the restaurant at Route 23 South and Riverlawn Drive May 12 on a report that a disorderly party refused to pay and created a disturbance, said Detective Capt. Laurence Martin.
The officers ordered Reginald Casterlin, 48, of Franklin out of his Dodge Ram that he tried leaving the business in, Martin said. Casterlin refused to exit the vehicle, screaming "f--- you and no way."

Eventually, Casterlin eventually got out of the truck and lost his balance and refused to obey officers' commands, yelling "you will have to take me down," and resisted their efforts to take them into custody, Martin said.
Officer Ardian Cela injured his shoulder while struggling with Casterlin and he was transported to Chilton Hospital, the captain said.
