Wayne Public Schools Introduce Gluten-Free Menu
Parents can place an order over the phone for $3 meal.

Gluten-free lunch meals are now available at all township public schools.
Parents may choose from the following offerings:
- Sandwiches made with Udi’s white bread with a selection of Jenni-O turkey-based products: turkey, ham, bologna, or salami with American cheese.
- Chicken chunks
- Macaroni and cheese
- Hamburger
- Hot dog
All meals will contain the following items:

- Vegetable and fruit of the day
- One percent, or fat free chocolate, or skim milk
- Brown rice
Meals cost $3. To order a meal, call the foodservice office at 973-317-2239. When calling, give the student’s name, foodservice identification number, school, grade, order date, meal item, and payment method.
Sodexo, the district’s food service provider, will confirm that the order can be placed for the requested date. Some of the products need to be special ordered that may have extended delivery times.
