Wayne Resident Is Miss New Jersey USA 2016

Wayne resident Jessielyn Palumbo was named Miss New Jersey USA 2016 on Sunday.

Palumbo, 23, a digital artist and freelance photographer for Maxim magazine specializing in pageant, beauty, and fashion photography.

“After six years, and four years competing, I finally took home the Miss New Jersey USA title,” Palumbo said in a Facebook post. “Determination and hard work pays off. Never give up on your dreams.”

Palumbo’s LinkedIn profile states she is a 2014 graduate of The College of New Jersey. The Record reported she is 2010 graduate of Wayne Hills High School.
