Wayne Restaurant Named A 'Best Place To Eat'
Robbie Felice opened Viaggio 2 years ago.

WAYNE, NJ — In some ways, the latest accolade for Viaggio Restaurant is not a surprise.
Chef and owner Robert Felice's Viaggio Ristorante has been named among the 30 best restaurants by New Jersey Monthly. Viaggio was named as a "talent on the rise" in New Jersey Monthly's best restaurants issue last year.

"His fellow chefs have seen this coming; so have his customers, and so have we," the magazine said. "At 27, he has made his 2-year-old restaurant a rewarding journey (viaggio) for those who appreciate the intense care and craft underlying Italian cooking."
Two other North Jersey restaurants, the Saddle River Inn in Saddle River, and Cafe Panache in Ramsey, were also named to the list.

New Jersey Monthly first came up with the list in 2007 as a Top 25. "Since then, New Jersey's dining scene has steadily gotten bigger, better, more varied and contemporary," the publication said. "Expanding to a Top 30 simply recognizes that fact."
