Wayne Student To Attend National Hispanic Caucus Institute

Wayne resident Bianca Garcia has been selected to attend the 2015 Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute later on this month.

Garcia, a senior at DePaul Catholic High School, is one of two New Jersey residents to attend the institute and participate in the Ready to Lead Net Generation Program.

The program brings high school students from across the United States to Washington, D.C. to spend five days engaging with other student leaders, network with Latino professionals, and learn how to become community leaders.
