A third consecutive championship would give the United States its sixth Junior Davis Cup title overall, tying Australia and Spain for the most in tournament history.

The competition will begin with three days of round-robin pool play, with each matchup consisting of two singles matches and one doubles match. Following a rest day, teams will advance to the knockout rounds.

Izyan will be competing on an international stage that has featured some of tennis's biggest names.

Former U.S. junior international team members include Grand Slam champions Andy Roddick, Jim Courier, Lindsay Davenport, Sloane Stephens, Sofia Kenin and Coco Gauff.

International stars Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Iga Swiatek and Carlos Alcaraz have also represented their respective countries in junior team competitions.

Recent American competitors have also found success on the international stage. Jordan Lee, a member of the 2025 championship team, went on to win the 2026 Wimbledon boys' singles title as a qualifier.

Meanwhile, Keaton Hance and Jack Kennedy, who competed on the 2024 U.S. squad, captured the 2025 US Open boys' doubles championship.

The United States has won the Junior Davis Cup five times, capturing championships in 1999, 2008, 2014, 2024 and 2025.

The USTA also announced its roster for the Junior Billie Jean King Cup Finals, the corresponding girls' competition, which will take place in Cairo during the same week.

Both American squads enter their respective tournaments as defending champions, with the girls seeking a fifth consecutive title.

The matches will be streamed online here.
