Wayne Valley Alumnus Signs With NFL Team

A Wayne Valley High School alumnus signed Sunday to play with the Philadelphia Eagles’ practice squad.

Chris Pantale, a 6-foot-5, 254-pound tight end, played in five games with the New York Jets in 2014 and spent this past training camp with the Chicago Bears, Montgomerynews.com reported.

Pantale spent much of the previous two NFL seasons on the Jets’ practice squad.

The Jets waved Pantale in May, making him a free agent, NJ.com reported.

Pantale played at Boston College and signed with the Jets as an undrafted free agent in 2013.
