Families invited to the Wayne YMCA from 3-5 p.m. Sunday to discover camp fun for this summer
The Wayne YMCA will showcase its array of summer camps for kids on Sunday, March 15, from 3 to 5 p.m.
The Wayne YMCA, home to the Rosen Performing Arts Center, offers camps to suit children from ages 2 through 15, and all build campers’ self-esteem, confidence and social skills in a fun, safe and enriching environment.
Families can choose from Summer Playschool, the White Pines Day Camp, Performing Arts Specialty Camps, Summer Sports Academy, Swim Tech Camp and the Counselor-in-Training program. All meet state regulations on counselor-to-camper ratios and comply with National Camping Association standards. Reading time and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) lessons are incorporated into all curriculums.
