Wayne's Albert Payson Terhune Elementary Principal Announced

WAYNE, NJ — Nicholas Grimshaw is the newest principal at Albert Payson Terhune Elementary School, Wayne Public Schools announced earlier this month.

Grimshaw will begin his tenure as Principal Tuesday, July 14.

Prior to A.P. Terhune, Grimshaw was an administrator at Anthony Wayne Middle School for more than three years.

A graduate of Hobart College with a Master's Degree from The College of St. Elizabeth, Grimshaw began his teaching career in the Ridgewood School District, where he taught social studies.

He became an administrator first in the Summit School District, and then Wayne.

"We are thrilled to see Mr. Grimshaw taking on this new role at Albert Payson Terhune Elementary. He is an excellent school administrator and has earned this exceptional opportunity," said Superintendent Mark Toback.
