Jason Modak helped Wayne Hills win a sectional championship last season.
WAYNE, NJ — It was a comeback for the ages.
Wayne Hills came back to force overtime against Wayne Valley in the sectional championship game — a game the Patriots won 31-24.
Jason Modak, a leader on that Hills team, is looking forward to being a captain this season and being more vocal with his Patriots' teammates, NorthJersey.com said in their report of 50 seniors to watch this season.

Modak wants another championship.
“Everything we do we’re just trying to win another state championship," Modak said in the report.

Coach Wayne Demikoff credited Modak's leadership for the team's success.
"His continued drive for his own excellence and getting people to jump on board with him," Demikoff said in the report.
