The woman was slumped down in a vehicle at the Ramada Inn, according to police.
WAYNE, NJ — A Brooklyn woman parked at the Ramada Inn in Wayne had crystal methamphetamine and "date rape pills" on Dec. 29, according to police.
Officer Nicole Georgia patrolled the lot when she found Joseph Rivera slumped down in her vehicle, authorities said. Georgia checked on her welfare and found Rivera holding a glass pipe, with white powder spilled on her lap, according to officials.
Georgia recognized potential illegal drug use. She woke up Rivera, who tried to conceal the pipe, police said. Rivera, 34, admitted that the substance on her clothes was cystal meth, according to authorities.

Police searched the vehicle and found two plastic baggies containing suspected meth and an additional pipe. A glass bottle contained Gamma Hydroxybutyrate (GHB) — commonly referred to as a "date rape drug" — police said. She also had multiple IDs bearing different names and the subject's picture, along with multiple credit cards, authorities said.
Rivera was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, credit card theft, exhibiting false documents and wrongful impersonation. She was released on a summons.
