Woman, 83, Killed In Wayne Car Crash Saturday: Prosecutor
The woman was killed in the multi-vehicle crash, authorities said.

WAYNE, NJ — A North Jersey woman was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in town Saturday night, authorities announced.
At about 5:44 p.m., Wayne Police officers responded to a multi-vehicle crash at Valley Road and Birchwood Terrace, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Wayne Police Chief James Clarke announced in a joint press release.
Marcelina Carino, 83, of Totowa, was driving a 2012 Honda Civic that was involved in the crash. She was pronounced dead a short time later, authorities said. The occupants of the other two vehicles only suffered minor injuries.

Authorities are investigating the crash. More information will be released once it becomes available, authorities said.
