2 Cars Burglarized In 2 Hours In West Windsor: Police

The side windows were smashed, and purses were stolen Sunday afternoon.

WEST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — Two cars were burglarized in two hours after their windows were smashed in, in West Windsor Sunday afternoon, police said.

Purses were stolen from cars that were parked at the Hendrickson Drive Tennis Courts across from West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South and the Princeton University Fete Grounds on Washington Road west of Route 1, police said.

Police remind residents not to leave valuable items in their cars. Anyone who sees anything out of the ordinary is asked to immediately call West Windsor police at 609-799-1222.
