Lawrence Man Injured In 3-Car Crash On Old Trenton Road: Police
He was hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries following the accident Thursday morning.
A Lawrence Township man was injured in a three-car crash on Old Trenton Road near the McGraw Hill Federal Credit Union in East Windsor Thursday morning, police said.
Richard Owusu, 61, was hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries Thursday morning, according to the East Windsor Township Police Department.
Owusu was driving a 2007 Hyundai Tuscon north on Old Trenton Road at about 8:30 Thursday morning when a car two vehicles ahead turned into a private driveway, according to police.

Owusu stopped, as did the 2013 Ford F-150 he was following. That car was being driven by 47-year-old Jeffrey Eldridge, of Lambertville, police said.
However, a 2009 Lexus being driven by 55-year-old Irza Hoogsteden, of West Windsor, didn't stop and struck Owusu's car, which then crashed into Eldridge's car, police said.

Owusu was taken to Princeton Medical Center in Plainsboro. West Windsor police, West Windsor Fire and Emergency Services Station 45 and East Windsor police responded to the scene.
Old Trenton Road was closed between Village Road and Dorcehster Drive (The Elements) for about an hour.
