WEST WINDSOR, NJ — The West Windsor Health Department is urging residents to take precautions during the heat wave this weekend.
Residents who need relief from the heat can visit designated cooling centers at the Mercer County Library (331 N. Post Road) and the West Windsor Police Department lobby (20 Municipal Drive).
Older adults, infants, people with chronic health conditions, outdoor workers, and those without air conditioning are especially vulnerable.
Heat-related illness can develop quickly and become life-threatening if left untreated.
