WEST WINDSOR, NJ — West Windsor residents are being invited to put their best foot forward in a new community step competition.
The inaugural Stepup Challenge Cup runs from Monday, Nov. 2, through Sunday, Nov. 15, with West Windsor competing against Robbinsville and Chesterfield to log the most steps.
The challenge is part of the Mayor's Wellness Campaign and is organized and managed by Robbinsville-based nonprofit Aadhyatmik.
To participate, download the Stepup App on an iPhone or Android device and join Team West Windsor Warriors. The app tracks steps using a phone's sensors or connected health tracking app.
"I encourage all West Windsor residents to lace up their sneakers and join the challenge. Let's step up together and bring home the inaugural Stepup Challenge Cup!" said Mayor Hemant Marathe.
