Multiple Accidents On Route 1 Causing Heavy Delays: Cops

WEST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — Multiple minor accidents on Route 1 are causing heavy delays in the area of Washington Road Tuesday morning, West Windsor police said. Police are on the scene. Drivers are advised to avoid the area.

Earlier in the day, a gas leak had been causing delays on Route 1 south near Mercer Mall and Quakerbridge Road. Drivers are advised to use an alternate route.
