Road Projects In West Windsor Set For This Week

Officials announced three road projects that will take place throughout West Windsor this week.

WEST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — West Windsor officials announced road projects at various locations throughout the township this week.

On Wednesday, Sept. 11, and Thursday, Sept. 12, Earle Asphalt will be milling and paving portions of Deerfield Drive (from Zeloof to Village Road west) and Millbrook Drive, weather permitting. Work will occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. under alternating traffic conditions.

On Friday, Sept. 13, and Saturday, Sept. 14, Earle Asphalt will be milling and paving the portion of Carnegie Center Drive at Meadow Road, and a portion of Old Meadow Road south of The Square at West Windsor, weather permitting. Work will occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. under alternating traffic conditions.

On Saturday Sept. 14, emergency bridge deck repairs are scheduled to commence on Clarksville Road over the Northeast Corridor in West Windsor Township. Work would commence at night starting at 8 p.m. and would be completed early the following morning. Repairs necessitate a full closure of Clarksville Road to through traffic.

A detour will be posted directing motorists to use Meadow Road, Bear Brook Road, Alexander Road, and North Post Road. Clarksville Road up to the bridge will be open to local residents.
