West Windsor High Schools Among State's Best, New Rankings Find

WEST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — Data compiler Niche believes the West Windsor-Plainsboro Public School District is among the best in the state, and its recent high school rankings support that claim.

West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South is ranked No. 6 in a new set of rankings recently released by Niche. West Windsor-Plainsboro North is ranked No. 15. Princeton High School is ranked No. 11. Princeton is also a top 3 district according to Niche. Bergen County Academies is No. 1 on the list.

The list of the best public high school was released as part of Niche's 2019 K-12 rankings. To arrive at the rankings, Niche said it looked at data from the U.S. Department of Education as well as test scores, college data and ratings collected from Niche users. Each district received a letter grade in the following categories: Academics; Diversity; Teachers; College Prep; Clubs & Activities; Health & Safety; Administration; Sports; Food; and Resources & Facilities.

West Windsor-Plainsboro South received an overall grade of A+. It received an A+ for Academics, Teachers and College Prep, an A for Health and Safety and an A- for Diversity. West Windsor-Plainsboro North received an overall grade of A+. It received an A+ for Academics and College Prep. It received an A for Teachers, Clubs and Activities and Health and Safety, and an A- for Diversity.
