"After careful deliberation from Chief Garofalo and his Command Staff, we have decided to POSTPONE INDEFINITELY the WWPD's National Night Out Event that was scheduled for the first Tuesday in August (8/4/2020). Annually, this is our signature event and our chance to show our community how much it means to us.

Covid-19 has affected many lives in our area (with some paying the ultimate price) and continues to do so. It has changed many norms and taken away many family oriented events that we all cherish. As we have said from the start of this Pandemic, we will continue to be there serving you professionally and without hesitation 24/7/365. We are cognizant of the big picture of promoting health (both physical & mental) and wellness while we grapple with Covid-19. Unfortunately, that is why we have come to the conclusion to postpone our gathering with all of you in mind.

We look forward to being able to return attending the many events throughout the year with all of you and bolstering the great relationship we have with our residents. We will stay West Windsor United."--Lt. Lee
