Woman Busted With Heroin, Xanax In West Windsor: Police

She also had a warrant out for her arrest when she was stopped on June 26.

WEST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, NJ — A Philadelphia woman was arrested and charged with possession of heroin following a recent traffic stop in West Windsor.

Savannah A. Millner, 23, was stopped for failing to keep right and for failing to properly signal a lane change in the area of Route 1 and Fisher Place on June 26, according to West Windsor police.

During the stop, police said they found Millner in possession of 20 decks of heroin, two bottles of Xanax pills that had been prescribed to other people, numerous used and new hypodermic needles, and related paraphernalia used to ingest heroin. She also had an active warrant for her arrest out of Mays Landing, Atlantic County.

Millner was processed at West Windsor Police Department headquarters and released pending future dates at Mercer County Superior Court and Mays Landing Municipal Court.
