GLASSBORO, NJ — A 28-year-old man was sentenced on Friday after sending graphic images to a 12-year-old girl and meeting with her for sex, the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office said.
Kyle Smith, of Glassboro, was sentenced to four years in jail after he accepted an agreement and pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child..
In July 2023, Franklin Township Police found Smith, who was 25 at the time, in a public park with a 12-year-old girl.
Authorities said he sent graphic messages to the girl and had planned the meeting for sex.
