WOODBURY, NJ — A 39-year-old man was sentenced to 10 years in jail on Friday for sexual assaulting a minor, the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office said.
Saul Sosa, of Deptford, accepted a plea agreement on a charge of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child by sexual conduct.
Sosa assaulted the underage girl multiple times between 2015 and 2024, officials said.
He also admitted to touching himself inappropriately in order to gain sexual gratification.
Sosa was originally faced with nine charges, including first-degree aggravated assault, third-degree aggravated criminal sexual conduct, and fourth-degree aggravated criminal sexual conduct.
As part of his sentence, Sosa was also put under parole supervision for life and has to register as a sex offender under Megan's Law.
