ELK TOWNSHIP, NJ — Aura Elementary School has moved to remote learning indefinitely after fleas were found on the grounds.
An emergency notice provided by the district listed a spray pesticide called "Precor 2625" as first being used on September 17.
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, the bugs were first spotted by staff in the library.
Students were moved to Hardingville Bible Church and Pitman's Total Turf before being required by the county to adopt remote learning.
A timetable for return to normal learning is yet to be unveiled.
