Arrow With Death Threat Attached Allegedly Fired at West Deptford Republican Candidate's House
A defaced sign comparing Ray Chintall to Hitler was also found in the candidate's yard.

Someone allegedly shot an arrow with a death threat attached to it at Republican candidate Ray Chintall’s home this week, according to nj.com.
“Once again we approach another election day in West Deptford, unfortunately in West Deptford that means if your not running as a Democrat you have to not only run for office you have protect both your family and property,” the West Deptford Republican Party said in a statement issued on Friday.
In addition to the death threat, a sign for Chintall’s campaign was found defaced with graffiti comparing Chintall to Adolph Hitler in his yard, according to the report.

The threat read: “Defending the honor of our mayor/ You coward/ You are dead,” according to the report.
West Deptford Police are investigating, and no one has been ruled out as a suspect, according to the report.

“This year as well as the last four years, the opponents to the Democrats have either had their life threatened and or their property damaged,” the statement issued by the GOP read. “Whether you’re a Republican or an Independent there are no safe waters. Tires slashed, vehicles egged, candidates threatened, racial slurs, and worse yet spouse’s receiving death threats.
“This year is no different as recently there has been another incident including property damage, a racial threat, and a death threat.
“West Deptford we are better than this, a multiple party system built this great nation. Its time for the thuggish behavior to end, and we say again: We The People Of West Deptford are better than this!”
