Barger, Redrow Honored by SJSCA

Alicia Barger and Kyle Redrow were named to the organization's all-star teams.

Alicia Bager and Kyle Redrow have been honored for their great work on the pitch this season for the girls’ and boys’ soccer teams.

The South Jersey Soccer Coaches Association named Barger to its First Team after the senior goalie posted nine shutouts this season. Goals were tough to come by against Barger; she surrendered three goals in a game just once and two goals twice.

Her solid hands combined with her athleticism helped the Eagles reach the South Jersey semifinal, where they fell to Haddonfield, 1-0.

Redrow, meanwhile, was selected to the SJSCA’s Third Team. A natural goal scorer, Redrow became much more than that this season, showing off his distribution abilities.

The senior forward led the team with 22 assists to go with his 19 goals. His biggest output came in a four-goal effort against Sterling and a one goal, four assist performance against Collingswood.
