Celebrating 100 Years of Woodbury-Paulsboro Football

The game this year will be played on October 24 at Woodbury at noon.

This fall marks the 100th year of Woodbury vs Paulsboro football. The first game between these two rivals was in 1915 which started a long, fierce rivalry. Both schools are two of the top small school football programs in the state and we look to honor all that have been involved in this great tradition including football players, coaches, cheerleaders, and band members.

The game this year will be played on October 24 at Woodbury at noon. The following activities will take place:

• Friday night, October 23, a documentary by Woodbury Alumni Vincent Allen about the Woodbury-Paulsboro football rivalry will be shown in the Woodbury High School auditorium at 8:00 p.m.

• All football, cheerleading, and band alumni and coaches can purchase a commemorative T-Shirt for $10. Purchase of the T-shirt will include:

• Attendance at a pancake breakfast on Saturday, October 24 in the Woodbury Gold Cafeteria before the game from 9:00-11:00 a.m.
