9th Annual Lt Kenny Dechen Memorial Poker Motorcycle Run

Dear Friend, This is the 9th year that we are holding our Annual Motorcycle Run. As in past years the motorcycle run will benefit the Lt. Kenny B. Dechen Memorial Fund. The purpose of this fund is to raise money to support: 1)A Scholarship for a deserving West Deptford High School student, 2) Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS) and 3) Causes that improve the lives of fellow police officers and their families. We have been very happy with the turnout of riders in the past and hope to increase the number again this year. We will again have 2 routes through Gloucester County, a 48 mile route as well as an 84 mile course for those who enjoy the longer ride. The significance of the number 48 is that this was Kenny’s badge number. Since in the past riders have enjoyed the Poker theme for the motorcycle run, we are again going to use this format. Playing cards will be issued at various appointed locations and prizes will be awarded to those collecting the best hands.
