Ex-Youth Coach Found Guilty Of Sexually Assaulting Child In Gloucester Co.

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ — A Gloucester County man accused of sexually assaulting a child he coached was found guilty on Wednesday.

Frank Natanni, who was first charged in 2020, sexually abused the child multiple times, according to prosecutors. His misconduct included sexual assault, inappropriate touching and sending the victim sexually suggestive messages on Snapchat.

Natanni, 43, of Washington Township, was also the victim's neighbor.

A jury found Natanni guilty of sexual assault (second-degree), endangering the welfare of a child through sexual conduct (second-degree) and aggravated criminal sexual contact (third-degree).

Natanni faces up to 25 years behind bars and must serve 85 percent of his prison term before becoming eligible for parole. Once released, he'll need to register as a sex offender and stay under parole supervision for life.

His sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 31.
