Gloucester County Senior Corps Offers Program for Caregivers

Gloucester County Senior Corps Program for Family Caregivers of People with Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia

The Gloucester County Senior Corps is sponsoring a “Stress-Busting Program for Family Caregivers,” beginning April 17 through June 12, for individuals who provide support to loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.

The free, multi-component program teaches stress management techniques, relaxation and coping strategies for 90 minutes a week for nine weeks. Space is limited.

Senior Corps is a non-profit agency that receives grant support for humanitarian programs through the Gloucester County Division of Senior Services and Gloucester County Freeholders.
