Gun Pointed At Driver During Road Rage Incident In Gloucester Co.: Police

GLASSBORO, NJ — A man pointed a gun at another driver during an apparent fit of road rage Tuesday in Gloucester County, authorities said.

It happened just before 4:30 p.m. in Glassboro. The suspect — later identified as Rodney Walker Jr. — pointed a handgun at the victim while they were both in traffic near Ellis Mill Road off of Route 55, police said.

The victim tried to follow Walker's vehicle but lost sight of it in Mullica Hill. He then spoke to police, who identified Walker as the suspect.

Police arrested Walker at his Swedesboro home, charing him with aggravated assault and weapons offenses.

Walker was placed in the Salem County Correctional Facility, which provides jailing services for Gloucester County.
