Kratom has been used traditionally for thousands of years. Kratom is a tree native to Southeast Asia and is a relative of the coffee plant.
Kratom is native to Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Kratom grows along the rivers, deep in the jungles and the rainforests. Kratom leaves are picked, dried and made into a tea. Traditional use would have leaves picked straight from the trees and boiling for hours in a pot of water. Native people also pluck the leaves from the tree and chew it.
