Albert Einswine escaped from a local farm. When the cops arrived, he didn't go down easily.
DEPTFORD, NJ — That'll do, pig. A hog escaped from a South Jersey farm Tuesday afternoon and took police on a small chase.
Deptford officers were dispatched to Tanyard Road and Brenner Drive for a reported pig on the loose. But the suspect, Albert Einswine, didn't go down easily.
After about 30 minutes, police successfully corraled the pig with help from the farm owner.

The 4-year-old Albert Einswine came from a farm on Tanyard Road. Police aren't sure how he escaped, according to Det./Sgt. Bob Jones.
"Deptford Township has a rich history when it comes to pig farming," Jones told Patch via email. "We are proud of that history. Deptford was the pig farming capital of the Delaware Valley for decades and there are a few pig farms remaining sprinkled throughout the Township (If you know where to look)."
