Child Porn Video Call Leads To Arrests In South Jersey, Authorities Say
Harvey could be seen in the video before a white box covers his face.
PAULSBORO, NJ — A 32-year-old man was arrested after he filmed a woman performing a sex act with a child on a video call, court records show.
Darque Harvey, of Paulsboro, was charged with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child (photographing or filming a child in a prohibited sexual act), and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child (child sexual abuse or exploitation material offense).
In the Instagram video call recording from September 2025, Quadirah Rhymer, who is at least 32 years old, according to court records, asks Harvey if he is ready before beginning to lick the camera lens.

Her face is also visible.
Harvey can only be seen in a small face box. The footage then shifts to a white box that he put in front of him before he gave the footage to police, according to officials.

The video then shows Rhymer put a small hand into her mouth and then lick it along with the child's fingers.
Rhymer's vagina is then shown on the screen before she forces the child's hand into it.
According to officials, the child's hand appeared to be somewhat limp as it was being placed into her body.
Rhymer can then be heard achieving pleasure from the act.
Harvey does not ask what she is doing or tell her to stop at any point in the video. He also did not report Rhymer's actions or the video until roughly nine months after it was filmed on June 7.
At this time, he told authorities that the call was a surprise and that after he realized what Rhymer was doing, he started recording.
This, officials said, was contradictory to the footage due to the recording beginning before the sexual acts took place.
Harvey told police that he had the video for a few months, but did not report it because it was lost.
He was taken into custody on Oct. 8 with multiple law enforcement agencies then carrying out a search warrant at his Paulsboro home later that day, according to Egg Harbor City Police.
A multi-day search then ensued for Quadirah Rhymer, who was eventually arrested on Oct. 13 on charges of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child (causing or permitting a child to engage in a prohibited sexual act for recording or portrayal).
She was then taken to the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending future court proceedings.
