South Jersey Junior Lacrosse League

The South Jersey Junior Lacrosse League is open to any girl or
boy in Pre-K, K or 1st Grade from age 4 to 6. Players from any school
or town are welcome to join.

The South Jersey Junior Lacrosse League is
an instructional in- house girls and boys lacrosse league developed for
players in grades Pre-K through 1. The main focus of the league is to
developed strong lacrosse fundamentals, improve overall athleticism and
promote a passion for the game. We will achieve this in a few ways:

1. Our coaches have tons of experience teaching lacrosse.

2. We will use size/age appropriate goals, field dimensions and training equipment to promote more touches and creativity.

3. We will use station training and small sided games to promote inclusion in an up-tempo environmen

We will begin our season in early April and will conclude the last
week of May. The season will run approximately 8 weeks. We will get
together 2 nights per week with boys and girls.
