Bottom Dollar Hiring in Woodbury
The supermarket is scheduled to open on Broad Street this fall.

With barely the four walls of the supermarket up, the new Bottom Dollar Food is already looking for potential employees.
The discount supermarket may be open by October, said Woodbury Economic Development Director Randi Woerner, quoting Bottom Dollar representatives.
“Construction at the site of the future Woodbury store is progressing as planned,” wrote Bottom Dollar Food spokeswoman Christy Phillips-Brown in an email to Patch. “We have begun developing its structure, including putting the building pad and footers in place, setting wall panels and installing structural steel. We expect for the store to open by the fall of this year.”
The supermarket at 203 South Broad St. is hiring both full- and part-time employees for an array of positions. Openings include account analysis associates, front-end sales assistants, quality assurance associates and associates to work in various departments of the store.
For dry departments–those including Grocery, Dairy, Frozen Food and Ice Cream–the new location is seeking employees for both full-time and part-time positions. In addition, full-time and part-time employees are also needed for Produce, Meat and Bakery.
Prospective employees can apply online on Bottom Dollar Food’s career page. Links to the career page can also be found on the City of Woodbury website.
Once it's open, Bottom Dollar Food will be one of several supermarket chain locations in the area, including a Shoprite and an Aldi in West Deptford and an Acme in Woodbury.
