Teens Charged With Assault At NJ College Party, Police Say

GLASSBORO, NJ — Two teenagers from New Jersey were charged after a months-long case into an assault at a college party where a patient was severely injured, the Glassboro Police Department said.

Vincent Spagnola, 19, of Totowa, was charged with third-degree aggravated assault and Maximus Danziger, 19, of Manahawkin, was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment.

On April 3, at around 11 a.m., the department was notified about an assault that occurred at around 2 a.m. that morning at a home in the 100 block of Wilson Avenue.

The altercation took place during a college party and left one person with multiple injuries that required "extensive and prolonged medical treatment."

Danziger was charged and served a summons on June 24.

Spagnola was arrested on Sunday outside of another college party after he was stopped for a local ordinance, according to officials.

He was then taken to the Salem County Correctional Facility.

Glassboro Police believe more witnesses and videos are out there in connection with the assault.
