Troy Singleton To Speak at Garfield Park Academy Graduation
New Jersey Assemblyman Will Deliver Commencement Address To Local Academy

Willingboro, NJ – Leaders at Garfield Park Academy have announced that New Jersey Assemblyman Troy Singleton will deliver the commencement address to graduates on June 15, 2016. Since 2011, Singleton has represented Willingboro and the surrounding area in the New Jersey General Assembly in Trenton, where he serves as Vice-Chair of the Assembly Education Committee.
“We are deeply honored to have Assemblyman Singleton return to Garfield Park Academy to speak to our graduating seniors,” said Dr. Steven Morse, Superintendent. “He is a true champion on disability issues, and is a role model for many of the students we serve. His commitment to community service is unmatched.”
A New Jersey state-approved, private special education school, Garfield Park Academy provides effective, evidence-based special education services for students in grades K-12 who have a history of learning, social, emotional and behavioral challenges. Students are placed at the school by their local school districts, and attend at no cost to parents.
