Wanted: Bernard M. Kancuk III

He was originally charged with credit card fraud.

Bernard M. Kanuck III, 32, of Franklinville, is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office for failure to report to Superior Court, Woodbury on Dec. 21 for a status conference on attempted fraudulent use of a credit card.

He is 5’11,” 165 pounds, with blue eyes and blond hair. He has tattoos on his back and left arm. His image is attached to this post.

In 2014, Kanuck allegedly took a credit card from a Franklin Township home. He allegedly attempted to use it fraudulently in two places in Franklin Township, but it had already been canceled.

He was charged following an investigation by the Franklin Township Police Department. charges were signed against defendant Kanuck.

Kanuck was indicted on Aug. 6, 2014, on charges of third-degree criminal attempt/fraudulent use of a credit card (two counts) and fourth-degree retaining possession of a credit card with knowledge it was lost or mislaid, with intent to use it, sell it or transfer it.
