West Deptford High School Football Team Kicks Off Season With Win Over Haddonfield
The Eagles shut out the Bulldawgs, 10-0.

The West Deptford High School football team avenged last year’s loss in the South Jersey Group 2 final by defeating Haddonfield, 10-0, in the season opener for both Colonial Conference teams Friday night.
The game was technically a home game, but it was played at Gateway while West Deptford’s field is under construction, and coach Clyde Folsom reminded the team of Nick Brandemarti, a victim of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, according to the Courier Post.
David Hamilton scored on a 17-yard run and Mike Bilodeau kicked a 20-yard field goal for West Deptford in the win.
