West Deptford High School Wrestling Team Earns No. 4 Seed In Playoffs
The Eagles host Cinnaminson in the first round on Monday, according to nj.com.

WEST DEPTFORD, NJ — Despite a sub-.500 record, the West Deptford High School wrestling team opens the playoffs at home.
The fourth-seeded Eagles will host No. 5 Cinnaminson in the first round of the NJSIAA South Jersey Group 2 playoffs, according to the bracket posted on nj.com. The match is Monday, Feb. 6, 7 p.m.
The winner faces the winner of the match between No. 1 Collingswood and No. 8 Oakcrest in the semifinals on Feb. 8. The championship match is Friday, Feb. 10, and the State Group Championships are Feb. 12 at Pine Belt Arena.

As of Tuesday afternoon, West Deptford was 9-11, according to nj.com. Cinnaminson was 11-5, according to nj.com.

West Deptford’s wins this season include Kingsway, the top seed in South Jersey Group 4, and Group 1 playoff teams Buena, Woodstown and Haddon Township, who are seeded 2, 3 and 4, respectively.
In Cinnaminson, West Deptford will be facing a team that won seven matches by at least 30 points, including lopsided victories over Atlantic City and Group 3 playoff team Pemberton.
