West Deptford Sports Wrap: Lacrosse Teams, Softball All Win

The Reardon brothers were supposed to be a fearsome combo for the boys' lacrosse team this spring, before . After , he and younger brother Mike have begun to gel, and if Friday’s win over Lenape is any indication, the magic is back.

Mike Reardon, the closer, scored eight goals, while Nick Reardon, the setup man, dished out five assists in the Eagles’ 13-5 victory over Lenape.

Zach Kaestner tallied a pair of goals and a pair of assists to round out the top scorers for the Eagles.

Girls’ lacrosse

Rachel Krott scored four goals and Paige Paratore added three, as the Eagles built an 8-2 halftime lead on their way to a 14-6 romp over Gloucester Catholic.

Maddie Waschko added a pair of goals, and Jess Hill, Cara Spector, Mackenzie Thayres, Emily Whalin and Brooke Kidd all added a goal each in the win.

Softball

The Eagles pulled out an 8-5 win over visiting Lenape.
