West Deptford Throwers Dominate at Moorestown

Nick Pulli and Todd Jarrell won the discus and shot put at the Moorestown Relays.

West Deptford's Nick Pulli had a career day at the Moorestown Relays, scoring a personal record in the shot put and leading the Eagles to a pair of throwing titles Saturday.

Pulli threw 52-0.25 in the shot put and 149-3 in the discus, and teammate Todd Jarrell added a shot put of 41-11.25 and a discus throw of 135-6 as the two won both events at Moorestown.

On the running side, Ray Parsons and Phil Palmer went 2-3 in the 5,000 meters to notch the best individual performances of the meet for .

In the relays, the Eagles managed two second places and a fourth against a tough field. The 1600 sprint medley team of Kyle Perry, Shai Mumford, Kevin Cianfarini and Leo Impagliazzo ran a 3:45.27 to finish second.

Likewise, the distance medley squad of Perry, Cianfarini, Evan Stigale and Jonathon Ladner ran 11:22.94 to place second in the event.

The 4x800 team of Dale Johnson, Palmer, Ladner and Impagliazzo were fourth in their event, running a 8:57.95.
