West Deptford Wrestling Moves Up in Power Points, Holds Steady in Polls

After two weeks of power points, West Deptford has slid up to No. 4 in the South Jersey, Group 2 standings, up a spot from the first round of rankings out last week.

With just two of their nine wins counting toward those points so far, it’s unlikely the Eagles will stay at No. 4 for long. They’ll need to pile up more wins this week to keep the momentum going, including matches against crosstown rival Woodbury/Gateway, Collingswood and Pennsville.

West Deptford still trails powerhouse Delsea in both power points and the polls, though the team remains the consensus No. 2 in South Jersey, Group 2.
