The vehicle was parked near a home that was for sale, and police said Martinez was scheduled to show the home at noon on Tuesday, Oct. 30.
Police said they believe Martinez knew his killer, who was likely in the car when Martinez was shot, but do not have a motive yet as Martinez was not robbed. Police ask anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area to contact them.
