Wild Brawl At South Jersey Denny's Sends Plates Flying

Police are searching for those involved in the weekend melee.

Police are asking for the public’s help identifying the people involved in a recent brawl at a Denny’s in South Jersey in which chairs were thrown and plates of food were knocked over. The brawl was caught on video and posted on social media. (See video below).

“No one in our community should be concerned that they may face this type of nonsensical behavior when they go out for a bite to eat,” the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office said in a Facebook post. “That is why we need your help to identify the individuals involved and prosecute them to the full extent of the law.”

More than a dozen people were involved in the fight, in which plates of unattended food were flipped over and diners were sent fleeing from flying debris, NBC 10 reports. It wasn’t clear what prompted the brawl. No one was injured.
