Search Underway For Missing NJ Woman, Police Say

WILLIAMSTOWN, NJ — Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding Ashley E. Warren, 36, the Washington Township Police Department said.

She was reported missing on September 10 after recently talking with a person who was staying at the Mayfair Motel.

Warren showed that she was safe, but did not say where she was, according to officials.

She had also been staying at the Mayfair Motel for months and had last spoken to her family on August 5.

Checks have been carried out at the motel, other areas around Williamstown, and at local hospitals.

The service provider for her cell phone does not offer traditional phone-location pings, authorities added. The most recent available IP address associated with her cell phone came up near Trenton.

Washington Township Police and Trenton Police have worked together to search the area.

According to officials, Warren has brown eyes, weighs around 18o pounds, and stands at 5-foot-4.
