Gloucester County, NJ – The YMCA of Gloucester County, located 235 East Red Bank Avenue in Woodbury, will host an open house for county residents from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 23.
Included will be free trials of our fitness classes and youth programs. All are invited to attend.
According to the YMCA, every January nearly 70 percent of Americans make at least one New Year’s resolution, commonly including healthy lifestyle changes. The open house is designed to help everyone start the New Year on the right foot.
